テーマ：
「中国とインドの低コスト車は脅威になるか？
−ヨーロッパ自動車メーカーの視点から」
「Low Cost Cars: who needs them?
--- European car manufacturers and the threat from China and India」
概要： Several European car manufacturers are engaged in low cost car projects, the most famous of which is the Dacia Logan, built in Rumania and launched by Renault. In my presentation I will discuss if these projects are an adequate answer to the threat coming from new competitors operating in newly developing car manufacturing countries like China and India. I will also discuss the question how big this threat really is, where costs are actually being made and if there are other ways to deal with competitors.

略歴：
ベン・ダンクバ−ル教授・博士は、Radboud University Nijmegen大学経営学部の教授である（99年―02年は学部長を務めた）と同時に、数理・情報科学学部の技術マネジメント教授を担当。技術・イノベーションマネジメント、組織論の分野において著作が多い。「オランダ自動車産業研究者の大物」（藤本先生評）。06年6月に、第73回アジア自動車産業研究会に登場されたことがある。
